This Tag Heuer Monaco chronograph is a numbered limited edition of just 4000pcs and sold out. Our specimen here is watch no 0328 which is a very sought after number for Asians.

Launched in 2005, it was the first of the Gulf series that pays tribute to the great Steve McQueen who wore an original Monaco for the film Le Mans and the car that he raced in the movie was the legendary Porsche 917 with the Gulf Oil company livery. This Monaco has a distinctive white dial (it's the first Monaco to wear a white dial) with blue and red stripes identical to those seen on McQueen's race suit in the cult motorsports movie.

Watch has been polished to factory specs and is good as new except for a very faint mark on the back cover but nothing else that's serious. A new but non-orig strap specially made for this model has been fitted to the watch. The Monaco is one of the most iconic motorsports inspired wrist watch & an instant classic.
