This is a very rare & highly collectible watch by Franck Muller. It is an early production chronograph with complete calendar from Ref.7000 using a vintage manual winding Valjoux 72C movement and housed in a platinum case, the noblest alloy for watches and accompanied by an original 18ct WG deployant buckle which is correct as platinum is too hard a material for producing deployant buckle so almost all platinum watches are sold with 18k gold deployant buckles. The case measures a 36mm across with a two-tone silvered dial and blued steel accents.

Watch is in mint condition & free from any dents nor visible scratches. The main hour and minute hands shows discolouring on the blued coating over gold base due to age but otherwise nothing to fault and this actually adds a flavour to this neo-classic timepiece. You may want to replace the strap and that's about all. No service history and all functions checked to be in order.

Watch is heavy due to the solid platinum case & numbered 00 which is normally reserved for prototype; making this a pre-production piece. Collectors are always on the hunt for early production pieces from independent watch makers as they signify the purest early production ideals of the manufacturer and this watch has all the hallmarks of it.
