This is the limited production Radiomir Base model with the "sandwich" brown dial & a sealed back cover. It is identical to the original WWII version made by Rolex for Panerai that was used by the Italian Navy special forces. Therefore, this is very popular among Panerai collectors. This watch is now selling well above list price. Blue sticker & tag on buckle has been removed.

Movement Mech. manual. winding Movt. ETA/Unitas Ca.6497-2, 17 jewels. Decorated with Cotes de Geneve. Blued steel screws. Signed.

Case Cushion style, AISI 316L polished steel case in three parts. Screw-in back with a see-thru glass. Wire lugs held by screws. Sapphire crystal. Signed screw-in crown.
Dial Matt black with luminous Arabic Nos & batons. White signature & markings. "Sandwich" dial.
Straps Fitted with orig. Brown calf L/strap (unworn) & signed steel buckle.
Hands Black & filled with luminous.
