About This Watch

Pre-owned. Comes with orig. large wooden box(+outer box) with manual & undated paper. This is the first edition Big-pilot that has ceased production. It has a more desirable military look with a matt black dial, different markings, polished steel hands & a matching pilot's style calf L/strap complete with rivets. This is the early production model with the 18000vph movement while the crown is the early type as well. One owner's watch with general wear throughout but no major dents or scratches. It can be polished to look new again @ extra cost.
Discontinued & highly collectible! The transitional model is fetching over S$25K lately. I personally prefer this earlier edition with a slower beat that gives the sweep centre hand a "quartz" look & that old "fish" crown! Consignment item, sold "as is" without our warranty.

Dial Matt Black dial with White signature, Arabic nos & markings. luminous indexes. Register for power reserve. Date aperture @ 6 O'clock (Q-set).
Straps Fitted with orig. brown buffalo L/strap (used but good) with a signed steel deployant buckle.
Hands "Lance style" polished Steel & filled with luminous. White sweep centre seconds hand.
