This is a Swiss Made, hand-held watch case opener for those screw-lock back covers. There are two types of keys for different kinds of back covers. The V-tech caliper is adjustable via the centre screw with a locking screw as well to prevent the caliper from accidentally opening up under pressure thus causing a nasty scratch! (Happens to regular calipers)
