An early 20th century Railway issued pocket watch made by Zenith. Railway watches were among the finest as accurate timing ensures the safety of passengers and train schedules so they were indispensible items. This watch has a perfect baked enamel dial in white with bold black Roman hour numerals while the oversized 24hrs are in red and a small constant seconds. The blued steel hands are large Spade style.

A lovely watch to have and in excellent condition throughout without dents nor deep scratches and most importantly a perfect enamel dial. The frosted brass movement presents like new and takes about 15 winds to full. Overall a splendid example not to be missed as many were heavily abused over the century and survives in poor condition now.
