The watch received a light polish to factory specs and is good as new now with a perfect glass. The 40mm case is simply perfect while a most exquisite dial fills up the facade. Please have a look at the movement pics as well to appreciate the fine quality in-house manufacture movement.

The big-date is always a welcome feature for easy reading & uses two white discs with black nos to show the date under a large window while the moon-phase has a blue sky and silver mirror-like moon+stars. The dial features a highly complex 4 different guilloché patterns with the classic Clous de Paris or hobnail on the centre & these are very admirable effort by Zenith to raise their ante against far more expensive brands.

The original dark brown alligator strap is lightly used and will serve well.

According to the owner, he paid over S$8000 when he purchased it new from the authorised retailer in Chennai, India so a huge lost on his part. It retails US$6600 in the USA.
