Pre-owned. Comes with a new styled orig. wooden box+outer box, manual &  dated paper. 1 owner's watch that's only seen little use & watch is still in mint condition with no dents or visible scratches throughout! Overall condition=99% excellent. According to the owner, this is probably a one-of-it's-kind "Le Freak" as ordered by him. The factory specially produced this 1st generation model but fitted it with a more reliable escapement from the Ca.160 of the Anniversary model & has genuine Silicium escapement wheels & upgraded balance wheel. The older ones used phosphorous escapement wheels.

This watch received rave reviews when it was first launched several years ago as it was a huge innovation then and nothing like it was ever done before. Today, it still attracts huge attention when being worn on your wrist & this is a highly collectible timepiece while prices have always been healthy even in major auctions.

The Freak has no dial, no hands, no crown, and the movement itself rotates to tell the time. It won every important award for innovation including The Chronos Innovation Prize and Revolution New Technology Award. It had a waiting list of 18 months when it was launched. The Freak is the first watch to use the ground breaking silicium, a material that cannot be magnetized, and it was the world’s first non-lubricated watch movement. The “Dual Direct Escapement” are actually two escapement wheels transmitting energy directly to the balance wheel.
