This Ulysse Nardin Marine Aqua Perpetual is a very well known model when it was launched a decade ago and remains one of the few perpetual calendar watch that was designed for sports use & rated to 200m. It also holds the honour as the only perpetual calendar that allows you to do reverse adjustment without damaging the functions of the complications; an invention that is patented by her designer Ludwig Ochslin.

This rare and beautiful example has the coveted blue enamelled dial & bezel which was limited to just 500 numbered pieces and a numbered plaque is screwed onto the case band. It is a highly collectible timepiece and a watch that we admire very much for her beauty and functions. The complications are highly visible with this layout unlike other perpetual calendars that so often challenges our eye sight.

It costed more than S$30K to purchase a new piece back in those days so this is quite a bargain. Something we would much prefer over the common Rolex Daytona for similar price. We have sold half a dozen of this since it's birth and they were trading for over S$20K for a used piece in it's hey-days. In fact, some overseas dealers are still selling this same model for well over S$20K. Our example has complete accessories and in a very good condition which will favour the collector.
