Vintage. No box/paper. This Cellini is a unique model which is obviously influenced by the "King Midas" introduced by Rolex in the 1960s. This example here is a left hander model with a special crown that is convex & a pointed tip which is again influenced by the "King Midas". Watch has just been polished & movement serviced. Overall condition=98% like new. The original dial shows some micro spots which are naked to the eyes & only visible under a magnifying glass which is of no concern. The age of this watch is estimated at early 1990s. It will serve you well for many years if you maintain it well with regular servicing every few years & keep it away from water.

This Cellini is quite a unique piece of Rolex history & worthy of collection as it is a solid gold watch with original matching strap & buckle.

Please note that this is NOT a King Midas which was a limited edition of just 1000 numbered watches & it has a bracelet. When it was available in the 1970s, it was the heaviest gold watch you could buy. It was almost 70% more expensive than the regular flagship model, the President Day-date. Amazing isn't it. What you see here is a Cellini that is an almost exact style of the King Midas but with a leather strap which is great for daily wear.
