Vintage. No box/papers but has orig. Rolex service bills from 2003/4.

This 1970s Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Chronometer was polished & serviced by the Singapore Rolex Centre in 2004 with laminated bills & only worn for a few times since. The overall condition is 90% excellent. It is fitted with an original heavy Oyster bracelet with 11 links and 90% tight. The lugs are thick & not over polished while the back cover is in perfect condition with crisp grooves to fit the tool as a lot of watches from this age were often abused. The dial is period original with fine blemishes across evenly & on the hands as well which adds to the vintage charm.

This watch is in very good condition for it's age with evidence of Rolex maintenance. It has not been serviced since and will need a full service at your expense.

The Ref.1500 is one of the modern workhorse Rolex Oyster watch introduced in the early 1970s & equipped with a chronometer certified movement Cal.1570 which was the base calibre for all automatic Rolexes. It was upgraded in the 1980s to Ref.15000 with a quick-set date function movement Cal.3035 then to Ref.15200 with the sapphire crystal in the 1990s. It went on to become Ref.115200 and has been discontinued but is now offered to the ladies collection in 34mm.
