This Rolex Submariner is a late production model featuring the 4 liner dial, fitted with an upgraded movement & engraved inner bezel ring.

Single owner's watch from new and only worn for a few times then stored away. It has been lightly buffed once to factory specs and presents in mint condition and the watch has never been opened.

This is a highly collectible modern classic & discontinued model. It is an often forgotten model just like it's predecessor, the Ref.5512. This chronometer spec version was issued during the final years of the production when Rolex decided that all automatic watches will be fitted with the chronometer certified movement & the dial is signed as "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified".
