About This Watch

What a fabulous looking watch! This mid-sized Rolex has just been sold to us by a reputable singer in Malaysia who had it with him for decades and accompanied him through many concerts.

The watch has been well looked after and presents exactly how we received it. We did a thorough clean up but did not polish the watch so do expect some fine wear on the case but it's free from serious dents and the case has no rust. A new strap, matching the dial has been fitted and can be easily replaced as the watch takes a 17mm strap on her lugs. The acrylic crystal has micro abrasions that can be improved with a polish. This is a typical automatic Rolex with a non-quick set date. It is good for daily activities but we don't recommend swimming with it.

The original dial is a very beautiful sun-ray blue and a replacement later on in her life post-2000 as this model doesn't have this dial with Roman nos on the perimeter & luminova during the 70s. Overall a very attractive vintage watch dating back to 1977 and will continue to serve you well for many decades.
