Pre-owned. Comes with a long Patek box & laminated archive report only. This is the entry complications timepiece from Patek Philippe & it has been discontinued. The Ref.5035 is an annual calendar which requires to be adjusted only once a year during the end of February but otherwise, it automatically sets the correct 30 & 31st of alternate months.

According to the factory archive, this watch was manufactured in 1996 & sold on 26 July 1996. The solid gold case & buckle have general surface wear but nothing major so do expect some micro hairlines throughout & it can be polished to a fresh condition again for extra cost. The sapphire glass has a 4mm scratch near 10 o'clock but it is very faint & can only be seen under a 10x loupe.

It is reasonably priced for sale. The replacement model is Ref.5146 which sells for over S$50K today while a basic Calatrava retails for over this as well and this is a complications.

This watch is sold with a highly desirable deployant buckle which was not a standard issue & this option costs about S$4K from the agent & is a good value added to the selling price. 

According to the owner, this watch was last serviced by Patek Philippe in 2005 (lost the servicing receipt but it is recorded with the Patek agent).
