This Patek Philippe Calatrava was last serviced by Patek in Sep 2007 for S$1000+. The Ref.3919 is a timeless elegance that had been the face for Patek Philippe's advertisement for a decade as marketed by René Bittel which saved the watchmaker's fortune & propelled them to the highest echelon.

The unmistakable hob-nailed bezel with white face, black Roman numerals and a small seconds stole the hearts of many watch collectors & it is this model that laid the foundation. The original leather strap is worn out and retired but given to you a new glossy croc strap has been fitted to it.

This model has been discontinued and replaced by the Ref.5919 which is actually the same watch but 3mm wider. The yellow gold case has a crisp bezel & presents very well to the naked eye while the hob-nail ring sparkles as it should. The sapphire crystal & dial are nearly perfect and any flaw can only be picled up by a 10x loupe. A very affordable Calatrava for the watch guy.
