About This Watch

Pre-owned. Comes with orig. boxes, manual & undated paper! This is one of the few in-house manufactured 8-Days movement in the world & one of the couple with a tonneau shaped movement. This movement can be found in a few other hi end watch brands which the company supplies. This classic Ionica with the trademark fine 2 tiered fluted bezel has unfortunately been discontinued & it is very difficult to maufacture & finish in platinum. The watch is very heavy & in near mint condition with little wear. It is free from dents or major scratches. Retails US$33200 in 2003 & discontinued model. Consignment item, sell "As Is" without our warranty. Watch is genuine & in working condition.

Movement Mech. manual winding movt. Ca.11001, 28jewels, adj to 5 positions. Hand chamfered bridges & mehanism. Decorated with Cotes de Geneva. Signed. 8-Days power reserve

Glass Sapphire crystal.
Case Large polished platinum, tonneau case in three parts with downturn lugs. Sepped bezel with fluted finishes. Back with a see-thru glass secured by screws. Cabouchon crown.
Dial 18K gold, guikkoche finished, silvered & applied with rodiumed Arabic Nos & plates. Black signature & markings. Q-set date aperture @ 3 O'clock. Power reserve indicator @ 12 & subsidiary seconds @ 6.
Straps Fitted with orig. Black Croco L/strap (lightly used) & orig. platinum buckle.
Hands White gold "Lance" style with blued steel indicators.
Functions Time, date & 8 days power reserve.
