This is the discontinued first generation Pam00424 with a date feature as the current one has discarded the date. It was launched in 2012 & one of the two models to pay tribute to the history of Officine Panerai which in 1930s the Radiomir formed the fundamental milestone in the history of professional diver’s watchmaking.

This is a one owner's watch & purchased new from the Panerai boutique in Ion Orchard, Singapore. The polished steel case & buckle are in excellent condition without any major dents or scratches but it does have some usual light wear marks that can be easily polished to perfection upon request. Overall in near mint condition and a new, after-market tan leather strap has been fitted to it.

Notable features of this new movement are: When setting time, the hour hand does rapid change by jumping in hourly sectors so it doesn't interfere with the minute hand or movement of the mechanism like traditional engines. It also has a large 13.2mm balance wheel with variable inertia so adjustment of timing is possible via the screws on the wheel rim.
