Brand New. Sold with orig. boxes, manual, green tag & dated card in pouch.

Watch has factory seals intact except for the right case band that's missing but all others intact. It is sold with remaining 5yrs Rolex warranty from date on card.

This is probably the most exciting Air-King in history. The model has been enlarged to a masculine 40mm and fitted with a chronometer spec movement so it is now 1mm larger than the Explorer 1 and shares a very similar movement. The dial is inspired by aircraft's navigational meters and the Air-King lettering uses a font that was designed specially for the model in the 1950s. A modern retro twist which is very unlike Rolex but they did this and for the first time, a yellow crown & Rolex word in green. No other Rolexes wear these colours.
