Pre-owned. Comes with orig. boxes, manual & dated paper (no pusher). Purchased new from La Montre in Trieste, Italy.

One owner's watch in original condition & never polished. There's just some very fine superficial hairlines on the polished gold case+buckle but nothing major so please have a look @ our photos & judge for yourself. A quick polish will restore the soft gold case to splendour. The original rich brown alligator strap is used with some creased marks but will last quite a while longer and glasses are good. The movement, as always, a pleasure to admire.

The Lange & Söhne Cabaret is a rare watch in the pre-owned market & discontinued by the factory.

A rectangular watch from the luxury watch manufacturers is an uncommon model and one with a rectangular form movement is even rarer especially in post-twentieth century. This Lange & Sohne Cabaret may not be a large watch by now but it is larger than the regular Jaeger LeCoultre's Grand Taille Reverso & when you strap it on, it actually fits the wrist very well, proving that watches must be worn to feel the fit. The double-digits large date feature is a welcome for those with hyperopia.
