Purchased new from Zurich watch in Hong Kong. The watch has never been polished and is presented in its used condition which shows user marks throughout but nothing major and a polish will restore it's beauty. We have washed and disinfected the watch thoroughly.

This is a rare Jaeger LeCoultre wristwatch, a limited edition of just 1500pcs made & numbered on the back of the watch. The Grande Reverso Duodate 986 is a fascinating timepiece as this was the first time that the Reverso came in a massive size with a new movement fitted. Measuring 32 by 52mm, it is almost 100% larger than the traditional Grande Taille Reverso & this model is presented with double faces.

The silvered dial has three types of intricate guilloché pattern across and sports an enlarged date aperture for convenience. Black Arabic nos in full are silk screened to offer that captivating Art Deco look. The reverse dial is in matt black with white Arabic nos on the quarters giving that sports watch flavour. It is layered and has a small counter showing you the 24hrs with day & nite sectors.

A free polishing will be given within a year of purchase so there's little concern for cosmetics flaw. The strap is lightly used and presents very well.

This watch was sold by the JLC boutique in Malaysia with little discount given so it represents a fantastic opportunity for the collector now.
