This beautiful Jaeger LeCoultre Reserve de Marche is a rare model in platinum case with a hinged back cover that lifts open like a hunter-case pocket watch to reveal the movement that is visible under a glass. A unique dark blue dial has been issued to it like their platinum watches while a matching platinum deployant buckle is given as well and this alone is easily worth S$5K from JLC. Only 250 limited examples were produced and this is watch no.108, a very auspicious serial number for Asians.

This watch has just completed a full service by the JLC service centre costing S$1440 and is under international brand warranty till July 2016. A brand new "short sized" dark blue alligator strap costing S$790 has also been ordered from the factory and fitted to this watch now. All these are sold to you with the accompanying tax invoices.

Watch is fresh as new now and you can always change an after-market regular-sized strap to wear at a far lesser cost.

This is a relatively slim model measuring just 9mm on the thickness while the watch is subjected to the famous 1000hrs stringent examinations before being released to public by the factory. The dial's layout is balanced and easily read which is a gift compared to current models that are often claustrophobic to read. While inspecting this watch, we discovered an interesting feature never seen before, the rotor weight on the edge is a piece of solid platinum stamped "PT" rather than the usual gold so this must be a unique construction just for the platinum cased watch.

An ideal gentleman's watch for those who appreciates fine watchmaking and the rarity of platinum. Only 250pcs made & very reasonably priced. Please bear in mind the S$2230 cash value added to it recently plus the deployant buckle so this watch is actually less than S$10K which is a steal.
