Pre-owned. Comes with orig. black/red box+outer box but unfortunately, the paper has been misplaced. This Gerald Genta Arena Sports BiRetro is a one owner's watch & lightly used throughout it's life. The polished case is in splendid condition with very little handling marks that's free from visible dents or any major scratches. In fact, the factory protection sticker on the back cover is intact since new. The original black calf leather strap is used but in good condition with little creased marks. All functions have been checked to be working in order.

This watch is a bargain considering it costed a whopping S$14K+ after 35% discount when it was available from the retailers. The watch is large with a retro racing theme that's quite a novelty yet has a timeless appeal.

This model was retailing for about S$20K when available and as you may know that Gerald Genta along with Daniel Roth were sold to Bulgari by The Hour Glass several years ago. Both of these brands have ceased to exist and completely integrated into  Bulgari and sold under a single brand so some watch collectors are collecting watches under the Gerald Genta label. Any maintenance can be referred to Bulgari therefore, after-sales service or parts are not an issue.

The Sport Arena collection was quite a sensation in it's heydays with it's vintage automotive features and watch collectors were literally racing to get their hands on one of these back then. The over-sized watch is finished in polished steel with sparkling corrugated case band while the retro perforated dial with matching hands and that tinted facade makes it extremely attractive.
