Pre-owned. Comes with orig. boxes but no papers. This beautiful Cartier de Pasha Chronograph is in mint condition & possibly polished before but it is quite flawless now with a very tight bracelet & sharp details, evidence of little wear by the owner/s. The bezel clicks smoothly on counter-clockwise.

The watch is fitted with a high grade Frédéric Piguet movement (a coveted item in the last millennium) that is carefully decorated with the Cartier double C logos & shown under the glass back. It was only available on this large model and a very expensive watch in those days, costing more than a steel Rolex Daytona & represented the best of Cartier luxury sports watch with gentleman's taste. The gorgeous blue spinel cabochon crowns gave it a touch of elegance & matched perfectly with the blued steel hands on the dial. This watch is in excellent condition & worthy of any watch collection for just a few thousand dollars now, a fraction of what it would cost when new!

You may like to know that this design dates back to the 1930s at the request of the Pasha of Marrakesh as he'd like to have a watch to tell time while he swims. It was the first water-resistant watch by Cartier and continues today.
