Vintage. Comes with original period box+outer box (worth US$600) but no papers.

A vintage Submariner Date chronometer in steel dating to late 1970s. This is a regular production Feet first dial as printed 660ft = 200m and is no doubt a highly collectible watch for the watch enthusiast seeking out a vintage sports model that won't hurt their savings too much & not so rare as a minefield of frankensteins.

Watch has been carefully maintained by the collector owner over the last few years with little wear/tear. Tritium on the dial & hands are in matching creamy-white tint tritium. Watch has been polished many years ago and the lugs remain thick. The bezel insert appears to be replaced some years ago as it's in mint condition with the "pearl" intact while the acrylic crystal has fine hairlines as seen in images that reflected from light. A quick polish will resolve this. The movement was last serviced 4yrs ago and works well now. This Submariner will be sold with a one-year warranty and free servicing.

A highly collectible timepiece and an everlasting classic from Rolex that will last many decades as long as you maintain it well. Further 3% discount for cash payment.
