Pre-owned. Comes with orig. boxes, manual & dated paper+pusher. This Baume & Mercier Capeland Chronograph is a single owner's watch from new. It was last serviced by the agent in 2010 and an original, brand new strap worth over S$600 was fitted but never worn since so the watch presents good as new now.

All functions work as they should now. This is a short-lived model and strangely, Baume & Mercier chose to fit an acrylic crystal on the watch presumably in favour of the domed look which offers a more authentic vintage personality.

This watch was inspired by pre-1940s chronographs with a classic snail styled tachymetre scale on the dial with oval pushers & a screw-lock crown. Good value for a nostalgic looking chronograph which is rare in the pre-owned market. This is the only second piece that we have come across and the condition of this is good as new with a new strap which is worth few hundred dollars. You may find it online elsewhere but none in this condition and certainly not with this strap while that pusher is often lost.
