Good news! If you're in Singapore or Peninsular Malaysia (Klang Valley). We provide free shipping to either of our branches for your collection from our galleries.

1) If you see something that you like, please contact us to check on the availability.

2) We cannot send any items over just for viewing purposes as there are customs-duty, shipping & insurance costs involved.

3) To be sure with the looks of the watch, you can always visit your nearest retailer to see a sample of the same item, if available but you can never inspect a watch from online orders anyway so you're well covered with us.

4) Once you are satisfied, simply visit the nearest Passions gallery to place a 100% payment and an invoice will be issued to you. The watch will be delivered within 14 days for your collection without any extra fees incurred.

5) If there are flaws on the watch that's not as described, we will gladly refund you the payment. Should you change your mind after seeing the item and don't take it up, there will be a deduction of 15% re-stocking fee.
